When and where:
All sessions are held in the heart of Budapest, in a studio room with a relaxing atmosphere. The maximum number of participants for the yoga classes is 6, which makes sure that everyone receives enough attention.

​Yoga class times:
Mondays 18:30 - 20:00 Spine yoga
Tuesdays 10:30 - 12:00 Hatha yoga
Thursdays 18:30 - 20:00 Spine yoga

If there are at least 3 participants, I am happy to do classes at many other potential times, so let me know, what would suit you best! :)

Prices:
You can pay flexibly within the specified price ranges.

90 minute Spine yoga or Hatha yoga class: 1200 -  1500 HUF

Yoga:
Please sign up for the classes at least 1 day in advance as the minimum number of participants is 3. Please remember to include the date and time of the class(es) you'd like to attend.

Massage:
You also need to sign up for the Polynesian Massage at least 1 day in advance. A massage lasts 60 or 90 minutes, by request. 


90 minute Polynesian massage: 6500 - 8500 HUF
60 minute Polynesian massage: 4000 - 6000 HUF
 

 

Deeksha​ sessions are timed following the request of participants.
