About me

My name is Anna, I have been learning and practicing various self-awareness and healing techniques since I was a child. As for official education, I graduated in the UK with a degree in Social Anthropology. 


I was 10 years old when my mum first took me to a children's Mind Control course; and then my path of self-awareness got its true foundations when I took the first 5 levels of the One Brain Kinesiology course at the age of 15. 

I completed the first level of the Tibetan prana healing school PránaNadi around the same time, and I have been actively using the techniques I learnt there ever since; then I went on to completethe second level as well.

6 years ago I started my training in Ma-Uri massage and healing, completing the entire physical module, with the foundations of the ancient spiritual path behind the massage called Huna.

Deeksha came into my life around that time, too, and in 2009 I went on an extremely intense 7-dy retreat at the Italian centre of the Oneness University, which profoundly reshaped my relation to my own inner source, a higher Divine purpose and life itself. This was followed by a Trainer course in India in 2010, where I primarily worked on my own healing, but nevertheless had the chance to learn effective and deep healing exercises.

 

Since 2006 I have been going to classes to the Mandala Yoga Studios in Budapest; this is where I first experienced the beneficial effects of yoga physically, mentally and emotionally as well. The nearly constant pain in my lower back vanished, and I became more relaxed and accepting. Gradually yoga become increasingly present in my life and I felt that I would like to share its beneficial effects with others, so I took their Spine Yoga Instructor and beginner Hatha Yoga Teacher courses.

I have gained experience in providing massage service and holding healing sessions in both the UK and Hungary. I am happy to offer all my services in English.



I am on a never-ending journey of discovering the depths of myself and the world, of self-healing and healing. I experience life as a wonderful adventure, an exciting roller coaster ride in which both the highs and the lows have their own beauty and importance. Through this journey I have come across the methods that I practice today, which have helped and keep helping me improve my life and raise my awareness, which I strive to share with as many people as possible.
